General Purpose of Contract:
I, @appleprocucling will rent my EFF 7 star tool pickaxe to @dpatt888 for 24 hours.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will let @dpatt888 rent my EFF7 pickaxe for 24 hours starting today after receiving 10K upfront, then 15K after 24 hours, as payment for the period of rental.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@dpatt888 will pay 10K within 30 minutes of contract approval and 15K when he delivers back the Eff7 pick. And after receiving the EFF7 pickaxe rent it and keep it in his possession only for (a maximum of) 24 hours after contract approval.

He, @dpatt888 will deliver the EFF7 before 24 hours have past since contract approval in a donation chest located right by the Applepvpgate. Portal entrance located at:

By accepting the contract he confirms that he knows where this is.

*Note*
If he fail at holding one or more of these terms, I @appleprocucling can chose to get a payout of 1300K ECD instead of getting an Eff7 back.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
