General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a town claim.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @Zedoker , agree to pay @eekelmo a 300,000 ECD amount by July 30th.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

-File a Town Claim Application for The town "lionheart" (Legacy) as soon as this contract is approved by a moderator.
The application will look as follows in the spoiler, and will be titled "[Town Claim Application #3]

  • The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. By agreeing to this you are agreeing to abide by and accept the possible consequences of everything listed in this section: Yes

@eekelmo also agrees to do the command "/rg addowner lionheart zedoker" and to do the command "/rg removeowner lionheart eekelmo"
@eekelmo Also agrees to file applications (like portal apps, etc) for the town, given that @Zedoker provides him with the money to do such.
@eekelmo is not permitted to file any sort of application unless with the direct consent of @Zedoker

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
