General Purpose of Contract:
Paying 180k in exchange for president town

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @Chundi_Jr, will provide @Mr_Heatmiser with $180,000 ecd immediately upon the approval of this contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. By agreeing to this you are agreeing to abide by and accept the possible consequences of everything listed in this section: Yes

@Mr_Heatmiser will add @Chundi_Jr as owner of the town upon receiving it and remove himself as owner.
@Mr_Heatmiser will apply for any town features given that @Chundi_Jr's provides the funds, this includes approval of town placements in the future.
@Mr_Heatmiser will transfer the town offically to @Chundi_Jr upon her request.
@Mr_Heatmiser will pay @Chundi_Jr $95,000 ecd back within 2 weeks of this contracts approval.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
