General Purpose of Contract:
I, @appleprocucling will rent my EFF 7 star tool pickaxe to @huntmeister97 for 5 days.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will let @huntmeister97 rent my EFF7 pickaxe for 5 days starting today after receiving 30K upfront, then 74.5K after 5 days, as payment for the period of rental.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@huntmeister97 will pay 30K within 30 minutes of contract approval and 74.5K when he delivers back the Eff7 pick. And after receiving the EFF7 pickaxe rent it and keep it in his possession only for (a maximum of) 5 days after contract approval.

He, @huntmeister97 will deliver the EFF7 before 5 days have past since contract approval in a donation chest located right by the Applepvpgate. Portal entrance located at:

By accepting the contract he confirms that he knows where this is.

*Note*
If he fails to deliver the tool back he will have to pay 995K within 1 month after the rental time is over


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
