I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will let @MinecraftParkerH rent my EFF7 pickaxe for 7 days starting today after receiving 140K as payment for the period of rental. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @MinecraftParkerH will pay 140K within 30 minutes of contract approval. And after receiving the EFF7 pickaxe rent it and keep it in his possession only for (a maximum of) 7 days after contract approval. First of all, @MinecraftParkerH, please tag yourself in your agreement. For example: IGN: @MinecraftParkerH @appleprocucling I would like to see a late fee that is more moderate, such as 5k per day. Be sure to include a solid limit, such as: 5k late fee per day for up to 7 days, upon when a complaint will be filed. @appleprocucling, please add to minecraftparkerh's terms that he is to pay you 140k payment <x> amount of time after the contrract is accepted. Obviously, fill in the x part with what you find suitable. @MinecraftParkerH will have to re-agree after the edits are made.
