General Purpose of Contract:
The purpose of this contract is for the safe transfer of the town Mansion from me dgam02 to @ScibbyG through the use of a payment plan where @ScibbyG will pay a total of 225,000 Ecc for payment.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree that I will add @ScibbyG as an owner for the duration of his payment plan. I also agree that I will not remove him nor any other member or mayor he adds to the town unless he voids the following contract clauses.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@ScibbyG will commit to the following clauses throughout the duration of his payment plan.
1. He will not remove me as an owner during the duration of his payment plan
2. He will pay me an upfront fee of 10k and an additional fee of 15k on every Friday for the next 15 weeks until he pays off the full of amount of 225,000 ecc credits. First 15k payment will start on may 15th
3. If the he does not pay in the 15 allocated weeks, an additional 15k will be added onto his fee if he is late.
4. If the user is banned for over 3 weeks and or does not pay the fee for over 3 weeks, the contract will be voided and the user will not receive compensation for his already paid money.
5. The user will not be allowed to destroy any of the current buildings on the property until the full amount is payed. He is however allowed to add structures.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
