General Purpose of Contract:
Saftey of @alpert3925 selling his melon sword to me on a payment plan

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I agree to pay 1.575mil within the time zone 9 weeks with a minimum of 150k a week to a trade sign located in the town of Urbem in my house. The first Payment will be due on Sat. April 18th 2015. All payments will be 1 week after. (Sat. April 25th, Sat. May 2nd etc.)

I agree that failure to pay the 150k minimum for 2 consecutive weeks will result in me forfeiting the sword to @alpert3925 with no refund of any prior payments. Failure to return the sword will result in breach of contract

I will accept the melon sword within 24 hours of the contract being approved.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@alpert3925 by agreeing to this contract will give me the melon sword within 24 hours of this contract gets approved.


He will allow me to sell the melon sword at any point but I will still have to continue on paying the payments.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
