General Purpose of Contract:
Safe and successful sale of "Spawn Statue #16 *Legacy World*", a statue subscription, for 12 consecutive months, under @xX3PICREBELXx's name with the subscription process paid by @David_Torento

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @xX3PICREBELXx agree to pay @David_Torento $42,500 ECD directly on 4/8/2015 and pay $42,500 to @David_Torento on or before the 8th of every subscribed month to the payment sign located at X: -5523 Y: 10 z:3702 at Legacy at the town of Ginseng (total 11 more payments in the sign) for a total of $510,000ECD(10,000/USD), otherwise resulting in a breach of contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@David_Torento will buy @xX3PICREBELXx the statue "Spawn Statue #16 *Legacy World*, a statue subscription, for 12 consecutive months, with the first reccuring payment of $4.25USD starting on 4/8/2015. The spawn statue must stay subscribed to @xX3PICREBELXx for every day up until 4/8/2016, or until the forum medal "Subscriber Medal Gold" is credited to @xX3PICREBELXx, whichever is later, otherwise resulting in a breach of contract. If @David_Torento breaches the contract he will need to refund me the total amount I have paid regarding this deal at a rate of 20k/week.@David_Torento will recieve $42,500 ECD per month at least on or before the 8th of each subscribed month at a payment sign located at X:-5523 Y: 10 Z: 3702 at Legacy in the town Ginseng.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
