IGN: @KMaxwell Users Involved in this Contract: @KMaxwell @Ceebrett General Purpose of Contract: The safe lending of a melon sword I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Loan @Ceebrett my melon sword (named KM's Melon Slicer) for a period of one month (30 days) which will begin upon contract acceptance. Aid @Ceebrett with any required repairs to the melon sword whenever I'm online in accordance with an existing 'unlimited repairs' service. Provide, in Station #16, a private chest for the safe storage of the melon sword when not in use by @Ceebrett ot when @Ceebrett is otherwise offline. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Will seek repairs from @KMaxwell when she is online, or from any other reputable users, and use a placed chest method for the repairs. (Screenshots are suggested for repairs sought from other users just in case) Will replace the melon sword in the designated chest in Station #16 whenever not in use or otherwise offline, and at the expiry of the 30 days. Will information @KMaxwell should the melon sword be lost, broken or stolen, etc, via PM, in-game mail or forum PM in order to work out a replacement/payment plan or similar (which will also be done by contract). I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
