@AJCowLover, some things to fix. Please add a @tag every time a name is mentioned. Please decide for one of those dates, the deadline should be as specific as possible. Please specify when you will receive the money, for example "Within 24 hours of contract approval". After these changes have been made @THCOOL will need to re-agree.
