IGN: @minecraftninja05 Users Involved in this Contract: @Cardinal3 General Purpose of Contract: Adding @Cardinal3 as a co-mayor/owner of the town replitz I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to add @Cardinal3 to the town replitz. @Cardinal3 will have access to 1 part of the castle located in replitz. the tower is 1 block in front of x 9897 y 63 z -3117. Once I give him permission to another section to the tower, A screen shot of me allowing him to move on to the tower at said coordinates will do. If he breaks any blocks in any other part of the castle, or town, I have 100% rights to remove @Cardinal3 as owner. @Cardinal3 may only access other parts once I agree to it. This contract will take action after my town claim goes through. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Cardinal3 is the only person involved in this contract, other than myself.@Cardinal3 will be added as owner the first time I log onto ecc after it is approved. @Cardinal3 is to set up donation chests for himself. Half will be locked by him, half by me. She will make sure they are within 1 stack before she logs off every day/time she chooses to work on it. @Cardinal3 will contact me if he has any issues via forum pm or in game mail. @Cardinal3 agree not to sell the town, and agrees that he is not allowed in any way, shape or form, to remove me as an owner of the town replitz. @Cardinal3 also agree he is not allowed to file any lwc's without my consent. If @Cardinal3 files any lwcs in the town of replitz, I have 100% rights to remove @Cardinal3 from replitz I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. Hey @minecraftninja05 Contract can't be approved as is, will need a few changes from you (and cardinal to re-agree afterwards). Please separate the roles in the contract (you put everything, both what you need to do and what cardinal needs to do in the section titled 'i the contract initiator", please separate the things he needs to do into the section titled "The others users must agree to the following terms". Technically, as-is cardinal is in breach of contract the moment he puts quartz into either chest, as at that moment the quartz values will be uneven. please change this in some way to be more easily enforceable, such as "any time @Cardinal3 logs off", or "At 6pm eastern standard time" etc. If possible simplifying some of this would be cool well, but please tag me when you have resolved the above two. Hey minecraftninja, sorry but the quartz thing still leaves some room for misinterpretation. I really would prefer if you set it up time-based (when he logs off or at a certain time), but if that isn't really an option you could also say within a certain time. for example, "any time @Cardinal3 puts quartz into any of the chests, the rest of the chests must have an equal amount in the within 10 minutes" or something like that would work much better Additionally if possible, I would like the second paragraph to be in the correct section although its good that it is separated now even if that means waiting till you can get on your proper computer. Sorry about this, just need to make sure its clear for everyone before I approve and set the contract into law or some really bad situations might develop.
