IGN: @Slayer_boy_2000 Users Involved in this Contract: @Dccciz General Purpose of Contract: For the safe hiring of station 21. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @Slayer_boy_2000 will pay @Dccciz 40k for the rent of the station in which he is to apply for 8 weeks rent on the spawnshop for myself. I @Slayer_boy_2000 will pay 100k to @Dccciz for the 1st 2 weeks of hiring cost then I will pay 55k per week via a sign set up in my town of hellsgate4. After the 8 weeks, I will receive 20k from @Dccciz and will transfer it back to him. If I lose the Spawnshop, I will either buy @Dccciz a new 2nd row Spawnshop or pay 3 million ecd within 3 months. I, @Slayer_boy_2000 will not sell or lend the Spawnshop to anyone else. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Dccciz Will post an app for the Spawnshop transferring it to me with 8 weeks rent on it. @Dccciz Will pay me 20k in 8 weeks so I can transfer the Spawnshop back to him. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
