I ASauer (in game name) agree to complete the build discussed with and specified by olneybucs15 in the time and manner listed in this document. Section 2 Build time will start Tuesday, March 17th, 2015 and will be completed by Tuesday, March 31st, 2015 at 11:59pm If the due date is not met, for each week that it is late, 10k ECD will be deducted from the prize money If if is communicated to olneybucs15 on a forum PM that the build will need extra time to be completed and the new due date is net, there will be no deduction form the prize money. Extension dates can only be used once and not be longer than 1 week Section 3 If the build is complete with all of the modifications agreed upon by the builder (ASauer) and olneybucs15 at the appointed time then the builder will receive the 100k ECD prize at the completion of the build. Building supplies will be supplied 100% by the builder. After being given membership to the town of Bancroft, no griefing, stealing, adding or removing members, deleting or altering any landscape outside of the general building area with out olneybucs15's IN GAME consent. Upon completion of the build, the builder will be required to unlock any chests, furnaces, or any other locked items. The builder will also be removed form the town membership after the completion of the build. If a question on style, building, landscaping, or any other element of the build comes up during the build, pm olneybucs15 in game and if he is not in game, on the forums to ask. Be patient with response time especially between 8am-7pm on weekdays. All building styles and structures must be cleared by olneybucs15 either before of after it's completion, and if disagreed upon the builder and olneybucs15, the prize money will not be paid until the problem if fixed The time late time policy stated in Section 2 will apply for this time Section 4 (Build Style) [AMENDABLE UNTIL SATURDAY, MARCH 28, 2015 AT 11:59pm] Main walls will be built mostly of sandstone and such variations (March 14th at 8:15pm) Main roof will be built mostly of bricks and such variations (March 14th at 8:15pm) Section 5 I ASauer agree to everything stated in this document and to complete this build to the best of my ability.
