IGN: @Original_Jackson Users Involved in this Contract: @burtonbeast35 General Purpose of Contract: The safe sale of the town "Jungleville" on payment plan. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will be open to receiving all of @burtonbeast35 's payment. I will add the user as the owner of the town (jungleville) within 24 hours of the full amount being payed, 70,000 ecd. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @burtonbeast35 will have 1 week from this contracts acceptance to pay @Original_Jackson 70,000 ecd total, in whichever intervals he prefers. @burtonbeast35 agrees that if the total amount is not payed within 1 week from this contracts acceptance, he will have an additional 1 week to pay an extra 70,000 ecd. If this additional amount is not payed, he will be in breach of contract. @burtonbeast35 will not be added as owner until this new amount has been payed. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
