I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @TheZombieMuffin agree to hand @DevotedToChrist and @Primzey 1 Efficiency VII pickaxe to share as soon as they pay 100k upfront. The 100k must be paid within 10 minutes of the contract being approved. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Primzey and @DevotedToChrist must pay me 100k upfront, and 600k in 1 month maximum. @TheZombieMuffin Can you please edit the contract to give a specific timeframe for them to pay the 100k down payment? ex: "within 10 minutes of this contracts acceptance, Users A/B will pay 100k" and while you're editting please add the same for how long after receiving the first payment you will give the pick, and to whom. ex: " within 10 minutes of receiving the 100k from Users A/B I will give user A the eff7" @Primzey @DevotedToChrist Please re-agree when the proper changes are made.
