@MinecraftParkerH, please be more specific when you say you agree to 'give some ownership of the town'. Please specify if you mean adding the other party as a co-owner of your town, etc. Your terms of having @TheZombieMuffin agree 'to give me help when I need it' is too vague. Please explain the bounds/limits of the help that shall be given to you. This is so you may not ask him to help you with some unrealistic task, or help you for every moment of your online time, for example. Does the help need to pertain to town duties? Also restate what you mean in particular by 'for some ownership of the town'.
