Just to provide clarity, @TheZombieMuffin can you specify @SKSoccer as 'the other user'. Also, it's best to add a time frame. So 'sks will give me the sword within 1 hour of contract being approved'. Once that has been amended and SKSoccer re-agrees I'll go ahead and approve it.
