@Mysticgoli Can you please clarify when you will be filing the Spawnshop Transfer app, Example "within 24 hours after the payment(70k) is made in full." or "The spawnshop transfer app will be filed to change ownership on the 6th of December if the payments are paid in full." Something to that effect Also, I am confused about the clarity of the location of the payment sign. The only indication I have is "the sign will be in the shop". Whose shop, and where. Please clarify. Once this is done, @GLORIOUSTACO69 you will need to re-agree AFTER the edits are made. You also need to use the correct format, again, copying the last paragraph of the contract format is not gonna cut it.
