IGN: @slvrplme Users Involved in this Contract: @slvrplme @HelenDKN General Purpose of Contract: Safe sale of the town "canyon" I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will make @HelenDKN an owner of the town "canyon" and will not remove her after this contract is approved unless it is a breach of contract. I will add @HelenDKN within 24 hours of the approval of this contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 1. @HelenDKN will pay me, @slvrplme a total of 100k for the ownership of the town "canyon". This will be paid off in 4 weeks time, with a minimum of 20k/week. 2. @slvrplme will be co-owner of this town, "canyon" until the full payment of 100k has been paid off. Once it has been paid off, @HelenDKN will be allowed to remove @slvrplme and have the full ownership of the town. @HelenDKN is not allowed to remove @slvrplme from owner of "canyon" until 100k has been paid off. 3. @HelenDKN will not be allowed to break any blocks in "canyon" until at least 50k (~50%) has been paid off. If blocks are found broken by @HelenDKN, @slvrplme will remove her from ownership of "canyon" 4. Late fees will incur if 100k is not paid within 4 weeks, with 5k extra per day late. 5. Payments will be made at the bottom of the statue in the town "Destined" in 20k increments. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @slvrplme Please set a limit on the late fees, as we don't allow open ended late fees. This would be when late fees stop being owed and it is simply a breach of contract. As well, please include coordinates for this sign. After making these edits, please get @HelenDKN to agree.
