IGN: @alpert3925 Users Involved in this Contract: @oxwood2 General Purpose of Contract: Transferring ownership of station24 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @alpert3925 will transfer station24 to @oxwood2. @alpert3925 may ask for station24 back at anytime for any reason. @oxwood2 must return the shop in a timely manner. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @oxwood2 will not sell, give, or fail to renew the shop under any circumstances for a minimum of 9 months. If for some reason @alpert3925 is banned or otherwise unable to reclaim the shop after 9 months, @oxwood2 will not sell, give, or fail to renew the shop under any circumstances for another 9 months. After a total of 18 months if @alpert3925 is banned or otherwise unable to reclaim the shop @oxwood2 may do what he pleases with the shop. If for any reason @oxwood2 loses ownership of the shop he will owe @alpert3925 a total sum of $10,000,000 ECD immediately. If @alpert3925 is banned or otherwise unable to claim the 10,000,000 ECD. @oxwood2 must return the shop to @alpert3925 at any time for any reason if requested to do so. @oxwood2 will pay @alpert3925 20,000 ECD. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
