I will also give my Efficiency 7 Diamond Pickaxe to @jassimq after he's paid me, @shrinkwrap4me $40,000. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @jassimq will pay @shrinkwrap4me $40,000. @jassimq will rent the Efficiency 7 Diamond Pickaxe for only 1 day. @jassimq will not break, loose, sell, or steal the Efficiency 7 Diamond Pickaxe. If any of these circumstances happen to occur, @jassimq will owe @shrinkwrap4me $850,000 with in 1 month. @jassimq must return the Efficiency 7 Diamond Pickaxe to a chest at the coords of X: -3913 Y: 6 Z:-9188 in the world of Legacy. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
