I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. -When you do this, make sure the new format has all users tagged properly
-Make sure that you do not leave this contract open ended, as in, if you or him does do their part in a certain amount of time, they are breach of contract.
-I think what is happening is that the user is buying you mayor for the town. If this is the case please make sure both sides have a time specified after the contracts approval to uphold their end of the deal ex: "The 85,000 ecd will be send within 1 hour after the contracts acceptance" and "The town application will be filed correctly within 1 hour of the contracts acceptance".

@Gravilhasemflint Ok thank you for making the changes, please edit the original post with that contract in.
Also, about the tags, they are still incorrect, to fix them simply delete the first @ symbol you have in front of them.
In addition, you need to write a time limit for @Imabankthing to send the 75k, 1 hour, 1 day, etc.
