General Purpose of Contract:
The safe sale of an eff7 pickaxe on payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
- @Original_Jackson will provide an Efficiency 7, Unbreaking 3, Silk Touch 1 pickaxe for @halospy within 1 hour of this contracts acceptance.
- @Original_Jackson will create 3 payment signs in the amounts of $50,000(x1) and $450,000(x2) in my town "Ukraine" I will not block access to the signs at any point.
- @Original_Jackson agrees to void the previous contract after this ones acceptance.:

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- @halospy agrees to pay $950,000 total by august 25th.
- @halospy agrees to pay all payments via signs in my town of Ukraine.
- @halospy agrees to pay $50,000 by august 11th, $450,000 by august 18th, and the final $450,000 by august 25th
- @halospy agrees that if he misses the payment date of any caliber, he is subject to a 450k late fee, due one week after the regular final payment (September 1st.)
- @halospy agrees if he does not make the extra $450,000 fee payment, he shall be in breach of contract.
- @halospy agrees to complately void the previous contract after this ones acceptance.:

- @halospy agrees that the pick is his resposibility. Losing possesion in any does not result in the contract being void. He is required to make all payments whether he retains possession of the pickaxe or not.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
