General Purpose of Contract:
The safe sale of an eff7 pickaxe on payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
-I will provide an Efficiency 7, Unbreaking 3, Silk Touch 1 to @halospy.
-I will have a mod oversee the transaction to assure the pickaxe is safely transferred to @halospy
-I will not obstruct the pay signs what-so-ever and they will be always available.
- I will provide three payment signs. $450,000(x2) and $100,000(x1)

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- @halospy agrees to pay me $1,000,000 ecd by August 20th.
- @halospy agrees to pay via 3 signs at my town "Ukraine"
- @halospy agree to pay 450k ecd per week and 100k the final 4 days.
- @halospy agrees to pay the first 450k on august 10th. The second 450k on the 17th. and the final 100k on the 20th.
-If @halospy misses a payment of any caliber, he is subject an additional 450k due one week after the final payment date (27th). If he misses this final payment he owes the eff7 pickaxe with no refund back to myself and is in breach of contract.
-If @halospy loses possession of the pickaxe at any time for any reason, he still owes the total amount.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
