IGN: @Ayakben Users Involved in this Contract: @monkeybutty2,@SKSoccer,@Ayakben General Purpose of Contract: To rent out a Melon Sword out to @monkeybutty2 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to provide @monkeybutty2 my melon sword for 1 day from 5:30pm EST to the next day same time for 30k. There will be no take-backs of any-kind, and if there is a breach of contract such as breaking the melon sword he will have to pay 1.5 million to @Ayakben within @Ayakben 's time requirement stated in another contract for a payment plan for a melon sword between @Ayakben and @Sksoccer. Otherwise @monkeybutty2 is expected to return the sword after the time limit is up. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes.
I do not agree, as I do not deem this user to be trustworthy enough to pay me 1.5 million ECD, sorry.
The only way I would agree to anything of this nature would be if the user @Ayakben must pay the balance of 1.5 million if the user @monkeybutty2 fails to make a payment. Overall, @ayakaben would still be responsible for paying me the overall balance, but the @monkeybutty2 could be the one that is paying @Ayakben. Still, @Ayakben is responsible for the payment to me, but @monkeybutty2 still has to pay in the event of the lost/broken melon sword.

From the dates, I'm guessing it is over. I'll contact either of them ASAP, as I was not part of this deal really.
