General Purpose of Contract:
@ihazpiez87 will have 1 month to pay 460k to a sign with 1k intervals to @MattBrpQc in exchange for donation feature fly, However fly will not be recieved until the payment is finished. If the money has failed to been payed to the sign, @MattBrpQc will refund all the money and not have to buy fly for @ihazpiez87 .
No reports will be filed if the money has not been payed, this is just in case i do not get the time to pay it.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @ihazpiez87 , agree to pay 460k to a sign with 1k intervals for a month. If the money has failed to been payed @MattBrpQc will pay back all the money in the sign and will NOT have to buy me fly.The date it must be payed by is 8/28/2014 by 11:59 pm central time.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@MattBrpQc agrees to wait 1 month for all 460k to be payed. If the money has been payed he will buy me fly asap, if it has not been payed he will pay me back the money I have put into the sign that he will set up with 1k intervals.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
