I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to give @Tom5342 a 22x22 when the Las Vegas town mayor or co-mayor is online. The Buyer will also have full ownership of the plot and hotel. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Tom5342 will agree to pay the plot fee of 8k, and abide by all the rules of the town and server. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
