IGN:thefunovits Users Involved in this Contract: habsjosh @habsjosh General Purpose of Contract: Payment plan for 3 days at 35k for a town I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give @habsjosh owner of the town as soon as the contract is approved I will not remove @habsjosh from the town. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: habsjosh may not remove me, thefunovits, from the town of zanzibar until he has payed his 35k in full over the length of 3 days. habsjosh must agree that the 3 days span begins as soon as the contract is approved. habsjosh may not sell the town to another user or add any owners/members to the town until the payment plan is completed. For every extra day habsjosh takes to pay the 35k after the 3 days, there will be a fee of 5k per day. If the extra days reaches beyond 5, then habsjosh will be removed from the town with no refund. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
