The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Sheep_mage agrees on paying 50k upfront for the shop (Which has already been paid) @Sheep_mage pays 50k every week for 14 weeks. This will be a total of 700k. Once this contract is accepted, that is when @Sheep_mage 's week will begin, meaning the first payment of 50k will be paid by next Friday. @Sheep_mage is to mail me in-game if we are not online at the same time for the payment to be made. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @DeMacca Since the shop has already transferred, please change the contract stating the shop has been transferred and being more detailed about the payment plan. It should be something along the lines of "Sheep_mage agrees to pay me, Demacca, a down payment of 50k (which has already been paid)" "Sheep_mage agrees to pay me, Demacca, 50k a week for 14 weeks. This will total to 700k. His time to start paying the first 50k will begin after this contract is accepted."
