I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give @pauldersgate $100,000 in order for him to obtain the feature, "Extcommands+". The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @pauldersgate must pay back the $100,000 in two weeks. He will be paying back $150,000 at the end of the loan. @pauldersgate will be given coordinates to a sign where he will be paying bits at a time. He also may not buy any luxuries during the time of the loan. If he is to buy any luxuries, an immediate $25,000 fine will be impeded upon him with a one day extension to pay that off. If he does not abide by any of the rules above, an immediate complaint will be filed. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. @knears2000 in this contract you have stated an agreement that no lotto is to be be played during the duration of this contract by @pauldersgate. Staff have no way of enforcing lotto contracts therefore before this contract is approved we will need the lotto portion edited out of it. Once it is edited @pauldersgate will have to re-agree.
