I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @Delucaco will provide @olneybucs15 with 85,000 ecodollars to apply for his mayorship and nothing else. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @olneybucs15 will file the application below. Once the application is approved, @olneybucs15 will add @Delucaco as owner and remove himself from the permission list as well. Additionally @olneybucs15 agrees to the following terms: 1. @olneybucs15 shall not reclaim the town. a. Additional information about your additional town: This town is for Delucaco to claim after the application is filed. Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application.
