IGN: @jmichael214 Users Involved in this Contract: @oxwood2 General Purpose of Contract: To transfer the ownership of the 200x200 Rising spawntown of Zenith from the permanent technical 'ownership' of the player @oxwood2 to the permanent technical 'ownership' of @jmichael214 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @jmichael214, will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as technical owners or as technical members, selling the town, or doing anything whatsoever that I decide to do with it. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @oxwood2 will consent to the town transfer application located here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/town-transfer-zenith.126033/#post-676916 Because @jmichael214 has already performed the contract located here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.121255/#post-652112 The purpose of this contract is to amend the terms of the contract located here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.121255/#post-652112 to remove the requirement that @oxwood2 will only approve a town transfer application filed after May 21, 2015. That was the deadline under which @jmichael214 was to pay $1 million ECD to @oxwood2 through a payment sign. That obligation was completed early, and therefore @jmichael214 has filed the town transfer now. No further payments are contemplated under this contract -- this is drafted and executed while the town transfer is already pending, at staff request, to allow the town transfer to go through. Contract amended as requested. I would like to point out, though, that the original contract which I was asked to amend was identical in every way to the example contract on the wiki for use in exactly this situation. If that contract is no longer acceptable, then the wiki should be updated. @ImaginexMakers @oxwood2 @Nicit6
