[Contract] USD to ECOdollar AnokFero

General Purpose of Contract

The USD Provider will supply the required real life equivalent to the required USD amounts for the listed EcoCityCraft Donation Features in return the ECOdollar Provider will reimburse the USD Provider with the conversation ratio stated below.​

$6,500 EcoDollars per $1 US Dollar.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms
The USD Provider will provide the Feature listed above in the name of the ECOdollar Provider. This will be done in either the stated times below, or as soon as acceptance is achieved.

Other requirements

1. Upmoon agrees to pay a deposit of $500 ECOdollars.
2. Upmoon and AnokFero will mutually agree on a trade sign location within Upmoon's Town where AnokFero is able to maintain a Trade Sign.
3. The Trade Sign will contain enough blocks to total, $487,000 ECOdollars, and will be sold at $1,000 per block. And may, if required, be spread across more than one sign.
   
4. Upmoon will have have a Payment-Plan of two months (60 days) starting 23 June 2014 [New Zealand Standard Time].
5. The full payment must be received by 22 August 2014.
6. AnokFero will only be held accountable for setting up the trade signs. Once installed and found to be correct, or with no complaint filed from Upmoon, Upmoon will be held responsible for any refunds for anyone [including the player themselves] if any misclicks, lag or similar situations happen.
7. In the event that this debt is not paid in the stated time above, an instant fee of $25,000 ECOdollars will apply.
8. Upmoon is under no obligation to provide minimum payments over the course of this contract. Payments can be made fully at the start, or at the end of the contract as they see fit. However must accept they are still bound to this contract till the contract natural expiry date.
9. AnokFero will process the Donation soon after both Upmoon and Eco City Craft confirm the contract, AnokFero has five working days [Monday - Friday] to complete donation after being accepted.
   
10. Where Upmoon is Temp Banned or Banned the following rules must be enacted:
    1. This contract is instantly cancelled and the following conditions are enacted.
       
    2. Upmoon agrees that the reason must be revealed to AnokFero and that AnokFero is bound to keep this information confidential.
    3. When cancelled because of a ban, all funds transferred remain the property of AnokFero and cannot in anyway for any reason, be requested to be paid back.
    4. A fee of $100,000 ECOdollars is to be added to the remaining balance, and must be paid within five months [150 days] from the start of this contract [20 Nov 2014].

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.

AnokFero agrees to provide the ECOdollar Provider the features above, in the time frames listed or in a timely manner.
