Ign: ChaosBubba Players invloved in this contract: @ChaosBubba & IceGuardian98 General purpose of this contract: Transfer of town ownership from ChaosBubba to IceGuardian98 I agree to the following terms, that Izz9 pays ChaosBubba the sum of $60,000 for the town named: zanzibar . IceGuardian98 must pay 40k upfront and has to pay the rest of the price, (20k), over the course of the week- 10/23/13 - 10/30/13. Once the money has been received (40k), IceGuardian98 will be the sole owner of the town and ChaosBubba will be removed from the town. If IceGuardian98 fails to pay the other 20k by the end of the week (10/30/13), the town will be returned to ChaosBubba. The other user involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: IceGuardian98 pays ChaosBubba $60,000 for Zanzibar. IceGuardian98 must pay 40k upfront and has to pay the rest of the price, (20k), over the course of the week- 10/23/13 - 10/30/13. If IceGuardian98 fails to pay the other 20k by the end of the week (10/30/13), the town will be returned to ChaosBubba. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules including the rules listed specificaly on this forum. I understand that the contrct may be effected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and future updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contrect may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assesment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft's rules.
