[Contract] Town Transfer

General Purpose of Contract:

The exchange for $95,000 in return for the complete and sole ownership of the newly created town of builderburg.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I will pay @Jyclose $95,000.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @Jyclose will immediately apply for the rank of RESIDENT. After the completion of that application, they will immediately apply for the rank of MAYOR.
  
• In the application for the rank of MAYOR, they will name the town BUILDERBURG.
• In the application for the rank of MAYOR, they will arrange for the town to be placed in MAIN NORTH (Hereafter known as "NORTH"), with the coordinates as follows:
  • post 1: -7190, 71, 3260
    post 2: -7190, 113, 3060
    post 3:-6990 67 3060
    post 4: -6900 71 3260
• After the successful application for mayor, JyClose will IMMEDIATELY (and within 24 hours) transfer OWNERSHIP of the town from themselves to @welikeike22.
  
  
• For the purposes of a town transfer, this contract will serve as an acceptable contract citing transfer of ownership.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
