IGN: @Dare2Dream Users Involved in this Contract: @eyesee3 General Purpose of Contract: I will transfer all ownership to the town "SecretSociety" to @eyesee3 for a fee of $35,000.00 ECD. After doing so I will then remove myself as owner and delete all homes located in the town. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Dare2Dream, will add @eyesee3 to the town of "SecretSociety" for a full, upfront payment of $35,000.00 ECD. After payment is recieved I will remove remove myself completely from the town (I will no longer be a owner or member) and delete all homes located in the town. All of this will be within 24 hours of contract approval, and failure to do so will result in a breach of contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @eyesee3 must pay me $35,000.00 ECD within 24 hours of contract approval. And if they fail to do so, it will be a breach of contract and the town transfer will not be completed. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
