?? It has been a full day now. I am not trying to bump this, BUT normally a contract is accepted/given pointers on how to improve it by an admin or mod within the first 1-2 hours. I know it technically could take a week but with sales they should be probably processed quickly for the fact that the initiator could decide to sell the town to someone else by the time the mods get around to doing their thing. -_-
@Assajj_Ventress, Please specify when @bobthegnome1 is going to pay the 90k. For example, ' @bobthegnome1 will pay the 90k once this contract is approved.' @jwpwns and @bobthegnome1 once @Assajj_Ventress has made these changes please re-agree to the contract. After the changes have been made we can come closer to approving this contract.
