I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will pay Misterlegit2011 20k in exchange for ownership of his town Legitville The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: He will give me Permanent ownership of Legitville and will NOT be able to reclaim the town once sold to Izz9, and his permissions to the town will be removed afterwads.
