General Purpose of Contract:
Money for Mayor In Exchange for Town

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@RailefBear will provide @TrooperKaloski with 85,000 Ecodollars for him to apply for Mayor. @TrooperKaloski will receive the 85k once this contract is approved and will file the application as soon as he received the money.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@TrooperKaloski will file the application below. Once the application is approved,
@TrooperKaloski will add @RailefBear to the mayor permission asap and expect to be removed from the mayor permission list. Additionally @TrooperKaloski agrees to the following terms:
1. @TrooperKaloski shall not reclaim the town.

1. In the event the town is ever reclaimed the following apply to @TrooperKaloski:
   1. @TrooperKaloski may not add or remove any locks
   2. @TrooperKaloski may not add or remove any owners or members.
   3. @TrooperKaloski may not sell the town.
   4. @TrooperKaloski may not file any LWC removals on any member of the town.

2. @TrooperKaloski shall not troll-lock LWC lockable items within the town, and if any are accidently locked, shall assist in removing the lock(s) asap.
3. @TrooperKaloski will assist with adding town features by application in the future, where
@TrooperKaloski will be temporarily added back into the owner permissions and funding shall be appropriated to @TrooperKaloski, and @TrooperKaloski will hastily file the application(s), and shall be expected to be removed when the application feature is completed.

• Additional information about your town: Will be giving the town to @RailefBear for him to continue with his project.

• The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
