IGN: @cartoonr Users Involved in this Contract: @Assajj_Ventress General Purpose of Contract: To perform the sale of the town of Dorkborough from @Assajj_Ventress to @cartoonr for a sum of $95,000 ecd I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to uphold I, @cartoonr to supply @Assajj_Ventress with a sum of $95,000 eco city dollars in exchange for the town of Dorkborough, which @Assajj_Ventress owns. I agree to supply the money within 4 days (96 hours) of contract being bound so that I have plenty to time to meet @Assajj_Ventress ingame. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Assajj_Ventress must agree to be on frequently during the next few days, so that I can transfer the $95,000. @Assajj_Ventress must also agree to add @cartoonr as owner and remove himself from town ownership. In that order. @Assajj_Ventress must also agree to allow @cartoonr to claim the town, if he becomes tycoon, and that he is transferring complete and utter ownership of Dorkborough to @cartoonr. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Hello @cartoonr, in order for this contract to be completed we need @MAJOR_LENNIX to accept the contract since he is involved with the terms stated. After the changes have been made we can come closer to approving this contract.
