I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @Jffsprs , am already the Legal Owner of the said town and @Lee1104 has been removed from Owner status. I will, upon approval will do a town transfer, so to take full New/Official Ownership of *Stockholm2. All Owners and Members will stay as constituted, but not limited to. I understand being that this town has traded many players’ hands, there is no monetary ecc currency being exchanged in this contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: I @Lee1104 is hereby surrendering all rights and privileges as New/Official Owner and Transferring the Permanent Technical Ownership to @Jffsprs , so that @Jffsprs can do a Town Transfer with this contract. I understand being that this town has traded many players’ hands, there is no monetary ecc currency being exchanged in this contract. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I would suggest that under the terms that @Lee1104 is agreeing to, you make it clear that @Lee1104 is consenting to the Town Transfer. Aside from that, it looks good to me. We'll need @Lee1104 to agree to it once you've made that change.
