IGN: @Jffsprs Users Involved in this Contract: @Jffsprs and @George3031 General Purpose of Contract: I @George3031 agrees to transfer the permanent technical ownership of already existing town of *Williamton located in the World Legacy: http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/president-application.90531/#post-449310 So @Jffsprs can use a [Town Transfer] Application on this contract. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: The town *Williamton has already been purchased from @George3031 , and @Jffsprs has been made Legal Owner of said town and @George3031 has been removed from Owner status. The Purchase price was 30k and funds have already been transferred. @George3031 will stay as a member of the town. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: I @George3031 have sold the said town *Williamton to @Jffsprs for the purchased price of 30k, which has already been transferred by @Jffsprs and received by @George3031 and I have surrendered all technical rights as Original Owner. And have been removed from owner status. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @Jffsprs, when I click on the tags of George3031 it leads to Bad_Boy1_3's and Mr_Doom_Bringer's profile pages. Also, after fixing those, make sure all instances have been properly tagged, as you have missed a few. When these changes have been completed, @George3031 will need to re-agree, and tag his own username in the agreement post.

Oh come on!! @MCHelix3000 said this was all ok, and first of all, Why would any of us have to Tag our names at the begining of these being that we are the ones making the entries? I think this is a little over kill... @Physicistsmom @GMaxx There are plenty of Tags in this Contract anyways...
