IGN: Jffsprs Users Involved in this Contract: @Jffsprs and @Mr_Doom_Bringer General Purpose of Contract: I @Mr_Doom_Bringer agrees to transfer the permanent technical ownership of already existing town of *DoomFist located in the World Legacy: http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/president-application.74531/#post-361481 So @Jffsprs can use a Town Transfer Application on it. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: The town *DoomFist has already been purchased from @Mr_Doom_Bringer , And @Jffsprs has been made owner of said town and @Mr_Doom_Bringer was removed. The Purchase price was 30k and funds have been transferred. (12-22-2014) The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: I @Mr_Doom_Bringer have sold the said town *DoomFist to @jffsprs for the purchased price of 30k, which has been transferred by @Jffsprs and received by @Mr_Doom_Bringer and I have surrendered all technical rights as original owner. And have been removed from owner and membership status. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
