This involves planting treelines, cleaning up stone on the ground, and construction of wheat fields with paths. Work must be completed with reasonable satisfaction. @Jacob43365 will pay @EasternPromise 200k by 9/16/23. @EasternPromise will complete said work by 9/29/23. Upon completion of work, @EasternPromise will provide receipts for materials purchased for reimbursement (of reasonable nature, up to 50k). At this time @Jacob43365 will pay @EasternPromise 200k more, plus the materials costs. This payment will be made by 10/6/23. I agree to the terms listed above: I agree.
Alrighty. First off, I'd like to apologize on the delay. Second of all, there's a few things that need to be clarified in this. @Jacob43365, can we get more specifics on what you're looking to have done? Such as dimensions of the wheat fields that are to be constructed, what stone is to be cleaned and what is to be done with it, as well as clarification on what constitutes tree lines. A tree line can mean different things to different people, so we require more specific instructions to be given. Once these changes are made, we can proceed further with this contract.
