I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @frenchhornplayer will uphold to giving up the town to @bobbysix6, after all of the correct paperwork is filled within a day and I become the towns owner. Then give sole ownership of the town to @bobbysix6 Within one day of the town claim application being approved. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @bobbysix6 agrees to complete the full application for the particular town being claimed within 1 day of this contract being accepted, and send it to@frenchhornplayer in a forum PM. Within one day of the town claim application being approved, @bobbysix6 will pay @frenchhornplayer $75,000 ECD I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Hello guys, the contract needs a few modifucation before i can approve it. Please fix the tagging Please state a timeframe. (something like "withing 1 day of this contract being accepted) @frenchhornplayer needs to agree to this, not @bobbysix6 , so it has to be moved. ( @frenchhornplayer will have to agree to file the town claim within a certain time from when the forum pm has been received) Same as above for timeframes. (soemthing like "within a day i received the forum pm") Timeframes. ("within a day of being added as owner") @frenchhornplayer needs to agree to this, not @bobbysix6 , so it has to be moved. ( @frenchhornplayer will have to agree to remove himself as owner and all his belongings within a certain amount of time from when he received the money) Same as above for timeframes. (soemthing like "within a day i received the money") After these changes are made @bobbysix6 will have to re-agree to the contract
