Contract to host the Halloween Hullabaloo

General Purpose of Contract:
The purpose of the contract is to allow @Unique_Beagle the use of my 3 towns dubbed "the party towns" to host a free community Halloween party. The contract outlines the rules of renting the town and for them to be upheld. For the purpose of this contract and the event he will take on the title of "Host"

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will give the Host owner perms while renting the towns of Tamriel, Ethopia, and Cash_Money that are under my ownership their links are as follows:

I will keep working on the towns to get it ready for the party the host is hosting.
Clean up the town after the party has ended and will not demand help from anyone including the Host

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

The Host may:

Build in the town to add games and events for the people to participate in
Add people as members to the three towns to A: help build games B: To play games the require use of permissions like chess or spleef or such. (the added people must be monitored to avoid grief as much as possible)
Accept donations/payment for hosting the party whether it be money or items
Add shops to sell goods during the party at the rate he seems fit as long as they are not obnoxious or out in the middle of no where. These must be removed 5 days after the party or else they will be filed for removal via staff request
May add locked chests to store items. These must be removed 5 days after the party or else they will be filed for removal via staff request.
May use any of the features already in place or are planned to be place IE: the bounce castle and chess/checker boards. They must be returned to the state I have left them or be replaced for via server/market price
Kick people from the event via staff assistance if they are breaking any rules or being obnoxious this includes fighting between the participants.
Use the horses for travel purposes

The Host may not

Destroy/change anything in that was already in place for the town without my expressed consent
Add new owners to the town or remove me as owner
Charge for entry into the event
Deny people access to the event unless they have broken a rule during the party
Accept donations the are directed towards the town as a whole whether it be decorations,money or items
Try to gain access to locked areas of the town that includes my locked chests
Grief the town in any certain way, that includes digging under y:63 without my express consent
Be rude to his guests and abuse them in anyway and must stick to the rules outlined in the ECC wiki
Take down the decorations that he did not provide himself to try profit off them
Kill animals that are named tagged

The party is to be posted in forums to be seen and the host shall inform the community of said party when possible and at his leisure. The party will take place on 10/31/2016 and end by 11/01/2016 12:01AM HST

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
