[Contract] TheZombieMuffin Loan

General Purpose of Contract:
200k loan to be paid back as 1 payment of 300k in 6 weeks.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• create a two trade signs located in legacy near: -3545 78 -4596
• use one to sell 1 dirt for 300k with one trade sign (for repayment of loan)
• use the other to sell dirt at 5k each (for each day a payment is late)
• not add dirt to first mentioned trade sign/render either trade sign inaccessible to @TheZombieMuffin
• Pay @TheZombieMuffin 200k ecd upon the approval of this contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• Pay @CrazySwagMaster1 300k within 42 days of @TheZombieMuffin 's receipt of 200k using the trade sign mentioned above (Not via /pay).
• Every midnight (GMT-6 or MST) that passes when the 300k payment is due or overdue will result in a 5k fee paid through the second trade sign mentioned above.
• These 5k fees will continue until either of these occur:
  • All due or overdue payments have been made
  • 100k in late fees have been added.
• A breach of contract has occured when @TheZombieMuffin is 20 days late and owes 100k in late fees. A complaint may be posted after this time at @CrazySwagMaster1 's discretion.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
