[Contract] The Ascendany's rights within the region of Kastenz

General Purpose of Contract:
To provide and allow for Ascendancy building projects within the town of Kastenz

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@generaljoecool , will only act within his bounds as the head of the Ascendancy. This includes but not limited to: adding and removing members of the Ascendancy as required to the region of Kastenz, maintaining plots allotted to the Ascendancy, and has full rights to manage project lands once granted. @generaljoecool will also not remove laserbadger from the region of Kastenz for as long as he has been active (as per /seen) within the last six months.

@generaljoecool also gets right of first refusal and right of first offer for the sale of Kastenz. If @LaserBadger attempts to sell ownership of the town, official or unofficial. The new owner would have to sign a contract with @generaljoecool for the Ascendancy, to preserve what they have, or the town can be sold to @generaljoecool. If @LaserBadger sells the town without granting the right of first refusal, @LaserBadger will remain responsible for repaying the Ascendancy for any lost plots within the region borders of Kastenz. If the town is claimed by a tycoon or higher for @LaserBadger being inactive or banned permanently, @LaserBadger will be released from the contract. If @generaljoecool declines the right of first offer for the sale of Kastenz, which he will be given three days to respond to, @generaljoecool still reserves the right of first refusal.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@LaserBadger, agrees that once he grants land to the Ascendancy, they are in control of the plot of land. If @LaserBadger so chooses to evict the Ascendancy, he must pay full cost of blocks on the plot, at the value it would cost to purchase the blocks from the server at the time of evictions, or for them to be returned to @generaljoecool. If a town feature is on that land that was purchased based on funding from the Ascendancy, @LaserBadger will have to refund the costs of the application at the time it was processed to @generaljoecool. @LaserBadger will be required to give one week of notice to @generaljoecool, and any other members that currently have items on the land. In addtion, @LaserBadger will not remove @generaljoecool from the region owner list for as long as there are any Ascendancy projects within the borders of the region, that have not gone through the above eviction proceedings.

If the Ascendancy needs any town features purchased from the server, @LaserBadger agrees to file any / all applications required by the Ascendancy as long as the payment is received from @generaljoecool.

@LaserBadger reserves the right to refuse to grant any additional land grants or permissions if he feels they are not in the best interest in the town. However, @LaserBadger also must acknowledge that the Ascendancy has the right to change previous land grants if they feel it is in their best interests.

@LaserBadger agrees to give @generaljoecool the Right of First Refusal on any attempts that he tries to sell the town. In addition, he will also give the Right of First Offer if he attempts to sell the town of Kastenz.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
