IGN: @Dccciz Users Involved in this Contract: @megacuber587 General Purpose of Contract: For the sale of station21 for a melon sword + 300k upfront and 400k within 24 hours of @megacuber587 becoming owner of station21. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Within 24 hours of the contract being accepted, @Dccciz will receive a melon sword and 300k from @megacuber587. Within 24 hours of @megacuber587 not owning a shop (so @Dccciz can transfer it to him), @Dccciz will transfer Station21 to him for 4 weeks. If @Dccciz doesn't fulfill his requirements, @megacuber587 can file a complaint 1 week after the contract being accepted. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @megacuber587 will sell his current shop within 96 hours of this contract being accepted. @megacuber587 must give @Dccciz a melon sword + 300k within 24 hours of this contract being accepted. @megacuber587 will give @Dccciz 400k within 24 hours of him becoming owner of station21. If @megacuber587 does not fulfill any of these terms, a complaint will be filed 1 week after this contract is accepted. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes.

Two things, first of all, it says 400k in 5 days, yet in the buyers terms, it says 400k 24 hours after the shop is transferred. Could you please explain these discrepancies/differences? Furthermore, we only allow 150k per week max payment per week for payment plans. Please clarify what you meant as I explained earlier in this message, and if you want to do a plan, reduce the weekly payment rate. Any question? Feel free to pm me in game or on the forums.

Just saying im pretty sure 150k per week is a suggestion and it is not mandatory considering the user willing to pay 400k in 5 days is that of a high rank with a lot of donation features
Just one thing - Add a term for if either party doesn't fulfill their part of the contract. And if Mega is ok with the prices that is fine.
