IGN: @goblizz Users Involved in this Contract: @goblizz @travellord @David_Torento General Purpose of Contract: To safely transfer the spawnshop Station13 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @travellord agrees to transfer Station13 to @goblizz 's name. @travellord will create a spawn-trade shop application in the Residents+ section to transfer the station to @goblizz within 48 hours of this contracts approval, with 4 weeks of rent added. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @David_Torento agrees to pay @travellord $10,000 ECD for station13 to be transferred into @goblizz's name. This covers half of the 20k, 4 week transfer, the other 10k of which must be provided by @travellord. This transfer must occur within 48 hours of the contract approval, as to give @travellord and @David_Torento time to transfer the ECD. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
